Monumental Earth – Asia was the first of the three earth paintings.  If you look carefully the monuments and famous places all get bigger and bigger with each painting.  This one was quite the challenge, because I had to thorough hundreds of pictures to find the right place to paint.  Then I had to shrink them down and make them look as real as possible.  I plan to do more globes with unique perspective in the future.
