Everyone loves the Statue of Liberty, even the French. How much more majestic can the Statue of Liberty be than with fireworks at night. Liberty Night is a painting representing the success that freedom can bring.  To me it was my first successful painting. Although it was done with much trepidation.  I thought the fireworks would be easy and her face and hands more difficult, but it was the other way around.
