Living in Asia, I have had the joy of experiencing paper lanterns in various forms. During certain festivals they are released.  Floating away they look like miniature hot air balloons floating off, and slowly turning into stars.  I took this idea and made the lanterns into a rainbow of colors turning the galaxy above into a rainbow across the night sky….
